Data & Predictive Intelligence
From data to predictable growth and decision-making. The difference between data-rich and data-driven organizations is the ability to recognize patterns before they become visible.
Download Service Brief (PDF)What is Data & Predictive Intelligence?
Data & Predictive Intelligence brings an organization's sources into one platform, trains models on that combined history, and ties each output to a decision someone owns. It estimates demand, customer lifetime value and churn risk, flags anomalies while they are still small, and shows the expected impact of each scenario. Monthly reports stay in place, but they stop being the only thing steering the business.
- Predictive models depend on your reporting layer rather than replacing it: they train on the same definitions your dashboards already publish.
- The Predictive Intelligence Suite from W69 rests on five components: data unification, predictive models, real-time analytics, decision intelligence and data governance.
Data is the new decision instrument
Global data is growing exponentially, yet only a fraction of companies use their data for predictive decision-making. The gap between data-rich and data-driven organizations is the ability to act before competitors react.

The Predictive Intelligence Suite
Five components transforming your data from reporting to predictive power.
Data Unification
All data sources — CRM, web analytics, financial, operational — in one integrated data platform.
Predictive Models
Machine learning models that predict trends, churn, demand and opportunities.
Real-Time Analytics
Live dashboards showing KPIs, anomalies and opportunities in real-time.
Decision Intelligence
AI-supported decision-making that simulates scenarios and suggests optimal actions.
Data Governance
Quality control, privacy compliance and data lineage for reliable insights.
Predicting what customers do before they know it
Machine learning models that recognize patterns human analysis misses.
Demand Forecasting
AI models predicting demand based on historical patterns, seasonal effects, market trends and external signals. 89% accuracy on 90-day horizon, on average 34% lower inventory costs.
Customer Lifetime Value
Predictive CLV models calculating the future value of every customer based on purchase behavior, engagement and churn risk. Invest in customers with the highest long-term value.
Market Opportunity Detection
AI scans market data, competitor activities and emerging trends to signal growth opportunities before they go mainstream. First-mover advantage through data.
Better decisions, made faster
Scenario Simulation
AI simulates scenarios based on your data and shows expected impact on revenue, costs and growth. Decisions based on simulation, not gut feeling.
Anomaly Detection
Real-time detection of deviations: unexpected conversion dips, traffic anomalies, fraud patterns or operational bottlenecks — before they impact results.
Automated Reporting
AI-generated insights that automatically present the most important changes, risks and opportunities. Your team focuses on action, not data extraction.
From reporting to autonomous data intelligence
Agentic Data Intelligence predicts what will happen and takes proactive action. Data agents continuously monitor patterns and autonomously generate insights.
Reasoning Engines
AI analyzes patterns across all data sources and generates hypotheses about cause-effect relationships human analysis misses.
Tool Augmentation
Integration with BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, Looker and your operational systems. Agents query databases and generate insights autonomously.
Human-in-the-Loop
Strategic decisions and budget allocations by your team. Data extraction, anomaly detection and reporting run autonomously.
Continuous Learning
Models continuously trained on new data. Predictions become more accurate as the system better understands your business.
FAQ
No. Reporting answers what happened and, at best, why. Predictive intelligence adds two more questions: what is likely to happen next, and what to do about it. Both run on the same foundation, because a model learns from the figures your reporting produces. The techniques do differ, since a dashboard aggregates what was recorded while a trained model infers what tends to follow, but the dependency runs one way: unreliable reporting produces unreliable forecasts.
Both, though not in parallel. Pick one decision your team makes repeatedly and expensively, connect only the sources that decision needs, and put a model behind it. Run it alongside the current process for a full cycle before letting it decide anything, then compare. Widen from there until the unified platform is in place, each new source earning its way in by serving a decision. Sequencing it this way keeps the platform work funded by results it has already produced.
It depends on the model. Anything that estimates an outcome, such as demand, customer lifetime value or churn risk, needs history in which that outcome is known. Anomaly detection does not, because it looks for deviations no one labeled in advance. Two conditions always hold. Definitions must agree across systems, or the model will faithfully predict the inconsistency. And figures must be traceable, so you can show where a number came from and on what lawful basis personal data was processed. That is why data governance sits in the Predictive Intelligence Suite from W69 as a component rather than an afterthought.
Judge the decision, not the score. Record which choices came out differently once the model went live and compare the results against a period or group still running the old method, such as inventory left unsold or accounts saved before churn risk peaked. When you do test against history, hold back the most recent period and train on what came before it. A random sample of past records lets later information reach the training data, and the accuracy you measure comes out flattering rather than honest.
Building the model before assigning the decision. The dashboard goes live, the forecast holds up, and nothing changes because no one agreed which threshold triggers which action or who is allowed to take it. The second mistake is presenting an estimate as a single firm number. Every forecast carries a range and a period it applies to. Strip those away and the business reads the output as a promise, then stops trusting the system the first time reality lands outside it.
